Being a pedantic soul, the wrong you're and their annoyed me.

Now that's been said, I enjoy the imagery and sentiment in this piece. I'd love it to be a little longer. That's always a good thing.

"Well, when the poet did rise, the King was surprised, the most beautiful women stood there.
The King praised GOD above, then, they fell in love, and lived happily ever after."

Why did he praise God and not the Poet?
And who fell for whom? Is this King a Sultan?!Too many brides...πŸ‘©πŸ‘§πŸ’πŸ‘΅πŸ‘§πŸ‘©πŸ’

THANK WW ~ POCO the puppet can do anything ~ if someone else pulls the string ! The World id full of Puppet Masters who want to fetter and control us. In today's databank society we all have e-mails phone numbers card numbers etc and everyone wants to get their hands on them. Young People (M & F) are being trafficked by evil Men for their own (and other's) pleasure. A Blue Moon is a scond Full Moon and is often tinged with blue. It can occur in any month except February which is too short. Beware of puppet masters and manipulators ~ they are everywhere ! Yours BRIAN

WELCOME WILLY ~ Great second poem ~ Love the OWLS my fave bird. I love fantasy poems and exorcism (getting rid of ghosts) is a fave subject of mine ! Seems in your very well written and spooky poem that for Mr P's soul to have rest Mrs P had to get her come-uppance ! Toasted with mulled wine seemed a fitting end ! Shame the "haunted house" has to be sacrificed as well. Thanks for sharing Yours ~ BRIAN

Questions:
1.Do you have a wife?
2.Do you drink wine?
Dedicated to YOU:

Wine enters through the mouth,
Love, the eyes.
You raise the glass to your mouth,
I look at you,
I cry.πŸ˜πŸ˜‚
