Kurt,

• ā€œMoveable Feastā€
An interesting title...

In my humble opinion, it will be ā€˜movable’
till the end of time.
The text of your poem has reminded me of the state we’re currently in.
A timeless and poignant write.

• ā€œFalse Claimā€

I wonder...
Shall I hold on to that last bone?!
hmmm šŸ¤”

Two great thought provoking writes. I
enjoyed reading both of them.

really like your take on the contrasting duality in our mind\'s at times, showcased by the two starkly different writes you\'ve shared,
I think the yin and yang ideology has a lot of merit, the coexistence of two vastly differing elements is a common occurrence in nature - as-in our lives

The Endless Cycle
L. B. Mek said:

\'He sang old songs, romanced the strong,
the weak then cast away
The jungle’s laws put back in place
—our hopes and wishes preyed\'
so much truth in these lines, it\'s just a seemingly unending cycle!
good write

one must be careful to taste only those edible elements of Plato, still though: its immeasurable how much meaningful sustenance one can consume when even a drop of Plato\'s enlightening wisdom, seeps-in deep - real deep...

Mutual Exclusion
L. B. Mek said:

Amen!
disagreements existing purely on the premise of the \'right-thing\', that few if any comprehends - let alone can incorporate into the harsh necessity\'s of reality\'s truths!
that is P. C. culture in its worthlessly ignorant state,

Kurt,

While reading ā€˜Oglala Lament: December, 1890’, I envisioned that solemn tear falling upon Crazy Horse’s cheek. It nudged me to revisit ā€˜Searching For Crazy Horse’ and be reminded of the decimation of whole tribes and villages and the slaughter of millions of buffaloes; unnecessary destruction by the Wasichus!!

Ah the fabled Do-Over... has a horn of pearl on its forehead. There\'s the impossible do-over, and the restorative do-over. Both are elusive but one can be summoned with enough effort and hope.
