Before it could be finished, he was arrested by his son and put under house arrest. He was put in a room he could not leave, and the window view he had was of the Taj Mahal. Within view, but unreachable...only able to see from a distance the tomb of his love. Not sure why this reminded me of that. I guess because there is a tragic nature to being trapped, able to see what you long for, but never being able to obtain/attain it. A powerful write, friend. Keeping you in my prayers. 🌹👏❤️🩹
