Loyal Until the End

I had a guinea pig named Bubba who was my best friend and saw me through rough times. I wrote a tribute poem for him when he passed as well.. I think they do deserve a proper send off! Good write. You did Cleo proud!

Aww they do stay loyal. Dogs too! We had a semi-adopted neighbours cat recently. Lived with us almost during the past 10 years or so.

Is it Sherlock, or Conan Doyle, that\'s the answer?

Conan Doyle / Sherlock Holmes? He had some weird things, I think.

And relate that I do. I live here in the US and I\'m none too happy with the direction our new (so called) leader is taking us. I hope we can impeach him soon. Great write here TN.

Side note: I love the note you left in BlueDays entry of \"Blood On the Bed\". ; )

Like your poem, NT. I used to know what \'The American Dream\' meant, not so sure anymore. For many it turned into \'the American Nightmare\'. After the 2nd WW, the \'American Dream\' was taylor-made for the US middle class. Unfortunately, this middle class seems to be going the way of the dinosaur. And so is the so-called \'American Dream\'.
Very well written poem!

Your brain, TN, is a wondrous thing. Something can be brewing without consciousness being aware and then, suddenly, it appears. Looks like this happened to you. Or, maybe, you just watched too much Games of Thrones. :-)
I like your writing, but remember, I am no expert, like your rhyming .

You, or your muse who has introduced itself to you this way, have tapped into the new awareness that is taking hold in more and more minds as our world approaches a tipping point in its evolution. Congratulations, and be pleased with this new level of your consciousness! Same thing happened with me in 2005. Keep yourself tuned into this precious contact, is my advice.
Welcome to MPS!
