So I then translated many spirit centered poems I wrote into Spanish and Italian. First international packet of poems! It goes out to the Vatican today. Keep writing and moving us all. Get published- you are that moving and write beautiful visual Art!

Unfortunately, some “take the bend” way too young! I see the struggles by those who depend and are addicted to drugs. ( I volunteer at a rehab center) There’s such an epidemic! It’s horrible!

i think some tablets just cover up how we are feeling .. but what we need to do is face how we are truly feeling and heal from it , not simply be thrown a tablet , all it does is cover up what is really going on inside of ourselves
