Thanks for caring & sharing KAY ~ love your picture ! This is a lovely reminiscent Poem we can all share ! How ever old we are ~ M or F ~ we all love to revert to Children again. I go to my MUM\'s for lunch each Sunday and suddenly I\'m 5 and not 35 ~ AMEN
In your Poem you highlight all the lovely childhood traits many of which we shed (like Autumn leaves) as we get older. Innocence - Peace - Exploration - Loving & being Loved (by everyone) - Creativity - Protection - Laughing - Play - Snuggles - Music - Walks on the Beach - Silly games - Dancing - Nurture etc etc ~ Where did our Childhood go ? Its now 10:30 pm here (Essex UK) your lovely poem will make me sleep well ~ Yours as always BRIAN ~ Please check my POEM on JOHN DENVER ~ Thanks B !

A lovely write and pic misskay. I know a place, if I\'ve got 2 hours for a round trip. Or maybe somewhere nearer that I\'ve visited less often.

Oh yes a dog can be all this lovely verse says - an intelligent mind on four legs brings such happiness to those who value having a canine. I have a wonderful doggie-firend too and I can relate to these words of love between a connection of hearts. A gem of a read Kay.

Ahh lovely write misskay. We\'ve had cats. A man keeps a cat as if it is a dog, but it\'s cruel I think. It makes the cat act unfriendly, being on a lead. I nearly got scratched by it.
I know what you mean. Some dogs come and sit by you if their owners take them for a walk off their lead. They want to be made a fuss of. You got a dog like that, that I could have?!

Lovely, there is so much we do outdoors in summer which makes it the most vivacious of seasons.
Your piece is full of bustling activity like a fete in its own right.

A real feel good poem, it\'s a great thing to count your blessings, people today sometimes focus too much on the negative. Enjoyed. Maggie

misskay,

A great write with a great message!
Eventually the mask has to be removed!

Reading your poem, reminded me of the Gothic novel, “The Picture of Dorian Gray”!

Oooo SISTER KAY ~ I can empathise with this one! Before God directed me to BRIAN : a couple of years ago : My relationships with Men always fell short of expectations. Because I was a Masseuse (as well as a Physio) I was POPULAR, but it was all about what I could give them, when all I wanted was to be loved. BRIAN was different ! We both knew GOD had brought us together : I was 28 & He was 33! He loved a TOP to TOE Massage but BRIAN loved Me for my inner self and we really want to get married (Easter 2020). We are praying the LORD will have the right MAN for YOU : OK. Thanks for sharing : Love You ANGELA 🧡 Please check BRIANS Poem : AUTUMN LEAVES
