Right to choose

Lost all faith in politicians regretfully. They can no longer be trusted and break manifesto pledges over and over again. It seems it isnโ€™t confined to the UK, but wide spread. Too many are self serving, but once in a while an honest one pops up. They rarely last. I can relate and many others will too. A fine write.

I could choose to leave KP, but she tied this ball and chain to my leg and threw away the key! lol.

I don\'t trust a single politician in any country I\'m afraid. They truly have their very own interests at heart, and I watch international news on a daily basis as well as my own. World gone mad and nothing is to be trusted. sorrenbarret what a conversation I\'d love to be able to have it with you in person. My friends just think I\'m nuts ๐ŸŒน

Amazing how you can articulate this with such elegant visions of the inevitable. sorrenbarret you brought a tear to my eye, the struggle and challenges and in the end the peace at least knowing pain and suffering is finished. That is my interpretation of this write. ๐ŸŒน Kudos in every way.

Love has many levels
Teddy.15 said:

a light once kindled, leads from far away

the rope strands frayed, decayed, hope lingers

vomiting emotions of a drowning day

clouds slip through my fingers

An incredible achievement to write about grief with such beauty and dignity, as I read every line it tells me someone is deeply missed. Absolutely beautiful all we can do when grief visits is to embrace it and embrace it you have. A light once lit is indeed always flickering. ๐ŸŒน

They say that time can only go forward, we can only change the past in our mind. A chilling write my friend, that speaks to ghosts of the past. The time ticks on and your words capture its indifference. Kudos!!
