Lovely poem. Written words often express our feelings better than any spoken words.

I really enjoyed the metaphors you portrayed on this piece, they are raw and potent, splendid ending

Cutting Away My Face

Actually so so artistically and personally beautiful. I love your vulnerability in this piece and I honestly relate so much. Nowadays we\'re literally being engulfed and manipulated by society that we are supposed to look a certain way, but in reality, we\'re all beautiful in our OWN ways. You are a phenomenal poet and I want you to know that you have the power to embrace yourself, both physically and spiritually. Love your complexion.

Cutting Away My Face

\'It’s laughing at my defeat
when I am
supposed to be beautiful\'..
who determines, what is beautiful?
some of the most \'Beautiful\'
things, I have witnessed in life
stem
from those utilising, their Pain
to overcome and produce, triumphant
achievements and Art\'s..
like these very words of brave
sincere poetry, born
from you, refusing
to surrender, quietly to your life\'s bruises..
for me, that\'s a thing of defiant Beauty
\'own it\'!
\'utilise it\'!
and find, what Beauty
you still have to grasp, in life
dear poet
(thanks for sharing)
stay strong!

Wow this was pure and gracious. I totally sense this sensation of true and unadulterated love. Your descriptions are also so well detailed. Amazing!

I\'m Slowly Dying

Hang in there, I see you\'ve suffered a long time, it\'s difficult trying to cope with all of them emotions, just know that you are loved, God loves you very much, give yourself to Him, he will help you, it\'s not easy, but he will help you fight the demons that are trying to take over

Very poignant but real. I can relate as I also suffer with depression and let me tell you, death is not worth it. Nor are addictions. I know the light may seem hard to discern, but it\'s always there. Never give up.

this is really relatable to me and some of my poetry---I really liked how you were able to express yourself so vividly. Keep on keeping on!
