And not being afraid to share our experiences that can possibly lead others to heal also, and just be there for one another , no one can do it alone, we need a support system in place and with people that has gone through it themselves,
Therapists say they get it and understand but unless you\'ve lived it, they don\'t get it,
So thank you for writing this Liz, it\'s incredible!!🥰🥰
