First, beautiful poem, my friend. Simply love the use of metaphor here and nature imagery here. Also, reading this also unlocked a lost poem idea I had from earlier this morning and, for that, I am eternally grateful. Well done! πŸŒΉπŸ‘

Society sucks, doesn\'t it? Judgment an awful reality that, in this case, definitely effects women almost exclusively. Great poem with a poignant, probing rhetorical question at the end. Well done, my friend. πŸŒΉπŸ‘

To be satiated in the presence of another human being. Content, fulfilled, satisfied! You words like perfume only take a small amount to fill the room. Fantastic job!

What a wonderful poem filled with anticipation and hope for a life filled with love and true companionship. May it be so if it isn\'t already. A lovely poem, my friend. Well done! πŸŒΉπŸ‘

Great expectations are revealed here and it seems that such hopes are built into the psyche from the time that one is young. So poetically expressed in wonderful word choice and good flow

Tristan Robert Lange said:

Indeed, the bee took some happiness and pollinated the other \"homes\" with it. There is a sadness, a feeling of theft, and then a profound realization that dawns in this poem. It starts off feeling sad...like happiness was taken...but then the realization that it is still flying around being shared. It can be taken in many different ways, but I feel both sides to this. A wonderful job! πŸŒΉπŸ‘

What a lovely thing to have a flower as a home. This poem a metaphor may be taken several ways and I chose to take it as having to give to others joy one does so freely and imparts it on wings of others. A bee often revisits flowers and joy may well return as it was sent. A wonderful poem

Beautiful imagery, friend. Love your describing of the stars: \"the stars soaked my eyes\" and \"the stars were sparkling like diamond grains\" for example. Breathtaking and powerful. A fave. πŸŒΉπŸ‘

The stars soaked my eyes is a great line. The whole last stanza now turns on its head and represents to me the tears. A wonderful read
