If I were a wordsmith and wanted to pen a poem about my mom’s final twelve hours on this earth, your poem, ‘Morning Cancelled’, would be the one.
An extraordinary writing…so relatable to my mom’s passing.
When I woke up the morning of her passing, my aunt asked me how my mom was doing. I answered, “Mom is where she wants to be…together with my dad to make that bright light brighter. Another bright shining star for us to look up to. “💫
