Thanks Laura, your comments always make the writing that much better.

Have a great weekend. I got Colby\'s ashes back yesterday, and your card
sits right beside them on my shelf.

My Pen To Flow
Laura🌻 said:

Kurt,

• “My Pen To Flow”
May your search continue on so the ink in your golden pen may flow ad infinitum to quench your readers’ thirst with your extraordinary poetry!

• “Sleeping Untold”
I can envision your Muse wrapping you “in consciousness” and sealing you in “with her warmth”!

• “Last Moth”
Timid you are not...
courageous you are!
That “zone beyond safety” you will venture in without a doubt!

Three excellent writes! Thank you for sharing!

Beyond My Fear (+1)
Laura🌻 said:

Kurt,

• “Beyond My Fear”
She “took the lead to guide” your “wishes past” your “fear” so that you can continue your search to find yourself ‘inside the messages that the Great Chief has left behind.’ “ ‘He gave you the power to see his face in all men’ ”.

This write urged me to go to my bookshelf and revisit one of my favorite books!

• “The Shallow Glass”
Shatter that glass! Take notice and pay attention to this world that’s going by!

Two super poems! Thank you for sharing! Very much appreciated!

Drifting Away (+3)
Tamara Beryl Latham - The Poet said:

Kurt, this is an excellent trilogy in poetic form that leaves the reader to decipher the meaning, especially referencing the first two.

\"What your emptiness feared.\"
\"Forever wondering why.\"

I suspect it was a girlfriend or wife that deceived you.

Thanks for posting. :-)

Drifting Away (+3)

Kurt,

Four super poems!
• “Drifting Away”
At times we must distance ourselves from what is right in front of us in order to see clearly!

• “Forever Wondering Why”
Yes, ‘let the how lead the way’.

• “To Confess And Reveal”
Liberating ourselves from that which weighs so much upon us is uplifting!

• “The Intellectual Elf”
Too self absorbed, snobbish, and conceited...I dare say!

An awesome read! Thank you for sharing your extraordinary talents!

My Searching Begins
Kurt Philip Behm said:

Thanks Laura, and you\'re right, Sammy & Bumpers went into hiding because Santa\'s
naughty Elf, Knothead, makes his appearance on Thanksgiving weekend every year.

Knothead hunts through the house late at night in search of Hershey Kisses and then
leaves the strewn wrappers all over the second floor. This year he lost one of his little black boots making his escape, and my youngest grandson, Braden, found it at the top of the back stairs.

The hunt continues.

Kurt,

A super poem!
It sounds magical!
As I read it,
I envisioned Sammy and Bumpers peeking in and enjoying watching the Behm family celebrate the love for one another and the many blessings bestowed upon them on Thanksgiving Day and throughout the year!

An exquisite read! Thank you for sharing! Always appreciated!

Beyond The Sash
Laura🌻 said:

Kurt,

This is absolutely beautiful, enlightening and liberating! It’s like releasing that precious dove and let it fly into freedom!

I read it to my aunt! She asked me to read it to her each morning...like a prayer! She wants to be reminded of and remember all that she has been blessed with throughout her lifetime. She wants it as part of her eulogy when she leaves us!
That brought tears to my eyes!

Thank you for this awesome share!

Cyber Unlearned (+3)
Laura🌻 said:

Kurt,

Super writes! I appreciated them all!

• “Cyber Unlearned”
The bends will always be there. It’s up to us to deal with them the best way we can!
‘Manipulating reality’ is like trying to fool Mother Nature!

• “Changed Into Song”
You’ve asked many great questions. I hope the smiles don’t pass me by and most of those puzzle pieces will fit just fine! I’ve embraced this change of fate and it’s a wonderful song to sing!

• “Hard Won”
It’s so true that
“We can all think
differently
While instantaneously feeling
the same”

• “Forgotten Lord”
That prophet’s voice cannot be ignored.

The Garden Burning
Tamara Beryl Latham - The Poet said:

Kurt, this is an impressive write.

My interpretation is this poem begins (with a world before time as we know it) in the Garden of Eden.

I suspect the two lovers were Adam and Eve and the lust to deceive defines their eating from the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil.

Just my take, but either way I loved it. :-)
