The Final Decision (+2)
Laura🌻 said:
Kurt,
• The Final Decision
“Divorcing the rational
freedom began”
The vision that these words conjure up is incredible! One for the journal!
• Snow Blind
“And it’s hard
to structure
What you can’t
—see”
Spoken with clarity.
This is what I call a
“je ne sais quoi”
moment!
Two very interesting and intriguing gems!
GREAT writings!

Great analogy, Laura. It seems many of the greatest artists
were at times the most tortured.

Immolatio
Laura🌻 said:
Kurt,
I’ve been reading and rereading “Immolatio”!
Michelangelo Buonarroti’s vision of him painting the Sistine Chapel ceiling keeps popping in my head and how he reluctantly accepted that commission!
Perhaps it’s because I just finished reading a book about him and also remembering the film, “The Agony and the Ecstasy”!

Kurt,
“Transformed Divine”
I so love this poem!
You are truly a brilliant artist of your craft! Your “words paint a picture
in my mind”...
The pictures are vivid...as are your stories! May your fingers be forever enlivened. Continue to “paint” and set your sublime images free for your readers to enjoy!

Thanks Laura, my Grandfather saved my life. He died in 1974 the

I\'d give all the writing back for one more day with him....

My Real Father
Laura🌻 said:
Kurt,
Grandfathers are a blessing!
This beautiful poem resonates of the relationship my dad had with his grandfather. My dad’s father abandoned his family when my dad was five years old. He went to Argentina and never returned. My great grandfather raised my dad along with his brother! He certainly did a great job!
I enjoyed this write very much.
