Brilliant and powerful, I\'ve never been one to follow the crowd, sometimes making me an easy target but most times keeping myself real and in control, which keeps the power in my pocket, evil can to take everything if you let it. Kudos. 🌹

This has the most classical field to it. It seems to have come right out of a Treaties. I love the dark, feel of it and it rings of poetry.

Nothing quite like expression taking the form thus given here. Fascinating and a tad intriguing. Very interesting. Thank you for sharing.

it wasn\'t until X when I realized what you were doing! very clever! I specifically appreciate that you didn\'t use the letter once, but sometimes twice as well for alliteration\'s sake. butterflies of dread and fearful flutters certainly sound relatable, though in this season i\'d say sickly spiders, I think it feels as though spiders are in my own body--crawling everywhere. a bit less gentle than butterflies :)

This sounds like a bad day. Graphic images of depression fill this piece and give it a darkness like midnight.

I think that all of us at one time or another have felt this way. The poem itself leads to this conclusion as the perfect rhyme ends in the last line deliberately not rhymed. Good write Tristan

Dan Williams said:

I have spent most of my life striving to be different and yes, it can get you excluded but sometimes that is a good thing. Excluded from the mass rudeness and stupidity I encounter every day, eh?

Isn\'t it so interesting to be thought of as weird, just because they don\'t understand us? Our health defining our social status? Our reactions showing our worth? Beautiful work, relatable by many I\'m sure.

Welcome to the club. Isolation isn\'t fun nor what most of us desired but it\'s our lot and we must figure out how to exist within its parameters. Excellently rendered with a seeming refrain which is forever useful in driving home whichever point. Thank you for sharing.
