Humanity

Prime example of how we can end up destroying something/someone that we live if we don\'t take care of them and show them tenderness and support. Good write. Thank you for sharing it.

Cry With Me

I don’t think you’re ever crying alone.
Somewhere, there’s someone crying at the exact moment as you.
Possibly, even for similar reasons.
Nice write.

Depression
Resa71 said:

Suicide is the cruelest action against the people in your life.
The memories, the guilt, the pain.
It’s never leaves.
You say “ it fades”
Well it doesn’t.
You’re forced to bury it the pain and guilt deep down into the belly of your soul.
That’s the only way you can carry on for the other poeple in your life that matter.
“ The black smoke “ you speak of,
Took some one I really loved and cared for.
I too have felt it’s invading, dark presence.
We have to open the door and walk away from it.
Or go wake up your best friend who’s sleeping right in the next room.
Your poem is very good piece of writing.
It struck a very painful, personal note for me.
That’s what a good writer does.
Thank you for sharing.
Resa.

This poem is very well done. I have suffered with depression off and on for years and this poem, although dark, is also very inspiring. thank you for this.

I read this three times.
Once to myself, twice aloud ( still to myself)
This is an amazing write.
As someone who suffers from bipolar depression, and a childhood that made the rest of my life very challenging.
I could feel the words ,it’s like being punched in the heart with each line I read!
Keep writing!
You have talent. Also let’s both keep fighting those demons:)

What a beautiful poem and I can totally relate to the fear of showing others how you feel, especially in poetry.

These lines really hit home for me and how I\'ve been feeling lately. Just so beautiful.

\"Then you reach out to a wall for support
Only to realize the walls have all cracked and fallen\"

Well done!

Change

WELCOME LYSSA ~ Thanks for sharing your first poem ~ Very Personal and very Challenging ! I\'m 35 and I have changed every 5 years and \"developed\" Physically ~ Intellectually ~ Socially and Spiritually at various degrees ! I have had the usual range of UPS & DOWNS in Life & Love and survived ! Change is an inevitable aspect of LIFE and some of it is very painful and some days we want the EARTH to STOP so we can get off into oblivion ! However it is how we cope with inevitable change that makes us WHO & WHAT we are ! I am still single so I know I have many major changes still ahead ~ perhaps ! Thanks for caring & sharing ~ Every Blessing ~ Yours BRIAN (UK) Please check my poems ~ Thanks B.

Prime example of change ! Change is the only path to growth ! It hurts , however how can you grow without a lil pain ! Think of the clouds up in the sky as those are your feelings ! The clouds never stay in the same spot , there always moving , as for you ... keep your head held high and keep moving ! Your poetry is freakin awsome !
