A Cold Kiss on Pont Neuf

A beautiful reminiscence. I believe we\'ve all felt that \"cold kiss\" once in our lives. Mine was 50 some odd years ago in the halls of a tenement. No beauty there, except her. Devastated, for quite a while, but the rebound led to finding my wife, now of nearly fifty years. Your poem brought it all back as if it were yesterday. A great write. Thank you. - Phil A.

Such a beautiful and lovely poem to read. But so full of sadness and full of emotion. Such gentleness in this poem and heartache. It flows very well aswell.

In my sixties i feel like you wrote this piece from peeping over my shoulder.
A delight to read.

Beautiful. have found it necessary to write of my past muse(s) when the thoughts and memories are clear in my mind. Such writings have enabled me to relive moments and times of refreshingly bright periods of my life.
The inspiration of any one muse may fade but my writings have encapsulated them.
I enjoyed reading you.
