Hello Jim. Your robin poem much enjoyed and this morning, our own robin appeared on the patio, with a nice juicy worm. Lovely to see him back hopping around. Christmas decorations up now. All looking lovely and festive. Have a great day.

In one of my poems I wrote stones don\'t feel pain. Perhaps, by design, we are reminded of being alive through pain...who knows? Loved the poem

A change of tact Jim but still a very poignant poem. A broken heart never properly heels, we just paper over the cracks, enjoyed the read.

So true Jim. We never know when it’s going to come calling, but it does. And when it does, it’s a real uphill climb to the top. Your poignant poem today, will speak to many people. It speaks to me of the pain of loss. Have a better day.

A lovely seasonal write Jim. I’m not a fan of winter, much prefer spring which is my favourite season. The season of renewal and rebirth. I like summer as well. A chance to get out in the garden. Hope you have had a nice day.

assisted dying
teardrop said:

I do believe in assisted dying. My dog got old and was in so much pain and I told how utterly cruel I was if I didn \'t put him to sleep, I never could understand how putting a dog to sleep when in pain is the humane thing to do yet, make ppl suffer with theirs. Especially if the person is termaboll anyway. They should not be made to suffer as well as die with dignity. Nice read1

The simple joys and pure traditions of Christmas is what brings its magic, not all this money-grabbing gimmicks that entrepreneurs attempt to milk the proverbial‘Christmas cow.’ Thanks for setting things straight. 👍🏻

Fine words Jim. Does your cat like dreamies as much as mine? She just loves those treats. I have still got to get presents for our pets. Buy something nice for paws. I hope she doesn’t have claws. I always enjoy your upbeat poems. Happy Sunday evening.
