I remember some Sri Lankan guys telling me they liked the cool, cloudy weather of the country I grew up in. I thought they were mad. Then I went to live in a country where the summers are long, hot and humid!

I try not to judge a book by its cover but it’s hard to keep eating blueberries when all the rest have been sour. Unfortunately for both women and men, people have ruined our expectations for people. I hope that people look deeper into knowing you rather than choosing not to because of appearance.
