But the moment we start thinking about it, we notice it more, become conscious of it, and it may trouble us more then. Just a thought, though I didn\'t understand all the philosophising behind it (and that\'s a long word too! lol).

To cleanse this to the bone may be too painful and beyond the scope of the patient or even the surgeon.
