I can relate to this poem. I try to improve myself everyday, because I know there is always room to do so.

Funny. I have experienced, recently, a similar situation regarding someone with a closed mind. In their mind, they think they are right and do not see the forest for the trees. And, it could be they are just intimidated. I believe the latter in my situation as I could tell by body language as well I was not going to get through to this person. Great poem about personality.

You are right that people look in mirrors and only see what they choose. If they have low self esteem they may feel ugly or another person may feel beautiful. But this poem is beautiful. Great job!

A great piece depicting the guardian angel (but which can be interpreted in various ways) - a life saving, strength giving, hope restoring work which is a pleasure to read. Long live the lady in the trees! Xx

I remember holding my son for the first time...I was more overwhelmed and unsure of what i was to this little guy. By the time my secound rolled around i knew what my daughter would mean to me and i have to say this conveys that feeling in an amazing way. Thank you for sharing.

That has always been a bitter pill to swallow. We can always come up with others who deserved to die. Well done.

Excellent. Sometimes there just are no words to say appropriate enough to comfort when loss is experienced. Your poem understands this.

No offence to anyone, but I find it hard on this website to find too much that is even slightly profound.
Congrats on being in the 1%
Keep it up!
