A sense of breaking free from the chains of life and having one last go on the merry-go-round before the end appears, enjoyed the read

Yeah. Socially \"connected\" yet isolated. But let\'s be honest, the \"connection\" is mostly superficial...not that it has to be...but mostly is. This poem captures that ironic tragedy. Well done! ๐น๐

How true it is. Two people at the same table texting each other. The absurdity extends into disbelief. Very nice Kurt

Well put metaphor for life as well. We all strive for recognition that is more often than not, not obtained. The falling back into darkness and oblivion. This is felt in the poem that although it has a polished surface underneath has a raw and bleeding body. Well done Kurt and a fave

Thanks, glad you enjoyed. My degree is in Philosophy & Theology. The Jesuits
wouldn\'t let you separate them โ which I hated then but now I\'m thankful for.

Ah Kurt you are getting deep with the metaphor in this one. Biblical in nature with the flock and the shepherd . I love the line of tattooing the sheep with invisible ink. Clever, well written my friend
