A great poem CHRIS for Poetry Day ! One message comes through very clear and very plain ~ The thing that really matters is not where you GO but who you are WITH. Remember to thank GOD for your HONEY every morning ! Poetic Hugs ~ BRIAN

A verse from the heart will not go unheard dear Christina - Heaven will hold your prayer and help you cope with loss of a much loved Mom - - a heart-touching read.

I lost both my parents a few years back but I still miss them as much as I ever did. I am so privileged to have such great parents and have their photographs in my dressing room and talk to them every day. Yes I know the pain in losing them but rejoice in their memory as I am sure you do - as this great poem shows.

WONDERFUL CHRIS ~ I got a real blessing from this ! Firstly because it was straight from your loving heart ! Secondly because of the deep love you will always have for your Mom and Thirdly because you have a real inner assurance that you Mom is in Heaven and safe for eternity in the Arms of JESUS ~ AMEN.. Your final stanza is very poignant ! This poem is in essence A HUG FROM ABOVE ~ for all who read.. Also I have assurance that because this poem is a Prayer GOD will read it and pass your message on to your Mom and as you talk to God in Prayer so in essence you are communicating ~ through God to your Mom and back again. I trust that this concept will give you peace of heart and mind and that because you pray to GOD every day you will feel guidance and support and understanding STILL from your MOM. If you have a query on this please contact me with a message ~ OK. I love this poem ~ Heavenly HUGS ~ BRIAN

THANKS CHRIS ~ The main thing I love about your poems ~ apart from the excellent Rhyme & Rhythm ! ~ Is that thy are all personal and straight from your heart ~ mine are much more abstract about rainbows and things ! You already got three good comments which is much better than average and now you got me as well ! Love the poem and I have put your Son on the prayer list ! Despite what DS says Horses are much more dangerous ~ Hugs & Prayers ~ BRIAN

Love your Power of Positive Thinking CHRIS (I will get through ...... and come out fine !) You should be a Snowbird and migrate to Florida in the Winter ~ they need lots of Nurses in State Geriatica ! Where my Parents friends live near Tampa there are 1000 members all 80+ and all on meds & supplements ! They rattle when they walk ! (Forgive me for that but they all want to live for ever !). My Depression
WriteBeLight said:

Hey Christina. I saw this post, but got interrupted and did not respond. I made a note to be sure that I returned to read your poem. You always have such cheery things to say to every fellow poet. I am sorry that the season is tough on you this time of year. I think you should try to pamper yourself. Do something for only you. I usually shop for a cheap pair of ear rings. Now, my drawer is loaded with ear rings. But, each brought me joy. So, I am hoping you will feel better, now that March is here. Have a great week kiddo!
