Some of it gets cliquey. A few set up as practitioners where you have to pay them! It was a genuine set-up, but I had to pay for a church counselling session at that greedy church that I grumble about. Did I get my money\'s-worth? They did most of the session following a \'script\' or a handbook. Doh!
