This is a great poem Andy and for many reasons .. it not only tells an incredible story, but it more than touches on time and longevity with that personal touch which has become something of a Goldfinch60 signature & kite mark ..
I have a granddaughter clock my great grandfather made as an apprentice carpenter before he became a coach builder .. It always fascinated me as a child and always hoped one day it would grace my home .. It came to me quite a few years ago and tho\' temperamental, I do love her so .. Neville
