Lovely write. Being able to walk and stand is probably the biggest blessing that anyone can wish to have and like the icing on the cake, she is still around watching your back. Keep writing and keep going.

So...one of my brothers told me we\'re more Norman than Scot since we\'re Gordon, at least on Daddy\'s side, and guess his marrying Mommy fixed the great divide. Ergo, you\'re not still mad at me, are you?
Beautifully rendered with a waltzing poignancy and delightful sense of good humor. Thank you very much for sharing.

Apparently there be a considerable number of boys standing on burning decks around, Andy.
But in keeping with your general optimism, this is probably one of the happiest – and a brill rhymer too. πŸ‘

What I find most intriguing is how modern composers borrow, beg or steal from the past. Varriations on tunes is like poets that borrow ideas from past poets and weave them in to their works. I guess nothing is truely orriginal. Good write Gold loved the flow of this piece
