A powerful and deep message. \"Nothing in the world is softer and weaker than water; But, for attacking the hard and strong, there is nothing like it! For nothing can take its place. That the weak overcomes the strong, and the soft overcomes the hard, This is something known by all, but practiced by none.\" Tao te ching. Love the poem

Powerful words. Plundered by one\'s own no deeper wound. Gunpowder does not have that power. Very nicely written

The very philosophy of this is poetic or maybe the poetic nature of these words is philosophical. So nicely wrapped up in a tight package where less is more. A fave

Hello,

These concise lines tell much, sometimes things may happen in an instant as in today tomorrow other times it seems like some things are infinities away.
We are finite we are infinite!

Back in the day, it used to be the pupils that gave an apple or some other small gift to their teacher .. How times have changed .. now kids take guns and knives into school .. I think it would be so mch nicer and overall better if they took poems for their teacher and vice versa ... maybe .. Just a few thoughts that came to me after reading this fine poem sir ... Neville

Home is truly where the heart is, and your heart does your proud in this beautiful poem my friend. To have such a refuge is a blessing. I love the pic you chose, the beauty of nature and the joy of being there in the faces of two young boys.
