It's famous with scuba divers and snorkolers for its beautiful underwater world. If you get a chance look up Abe's snorkeling and Kayaking in Vieques, Puerto Rico. He has a real good video with beautiful underwater scenes and a bioluminecent bay . One of only four in the world. Let me know how you like it.
