The only creatures (if mankind can be called \'creation/creations too) that rub the back of my head, is me two cats! lol.

I have only ever put money on anything once .. a horse called Red Alligator in the National in 1972 it won but I never collected the winnings .. I do understand the motivation to bet however ..
I enjoyed my visit here today.

Another belter, Thomas. And completely agree. I keep having to remind myself watching documentaries or movies about writing ISN\'T writing.

I do hate the phone ringing the most. I usually put it on \'do not disturb\' while writing. It is loathing to be interrupted while in a moment

Absolute magic Tom, I used to like them too .. perhaps too much in fact & can relate entirely ..

I still very occasionally forage and enjoy the fruits of my labour but tend to rely on supermarket produce these days ..

Very trippy poem. I read it in a kind of Jim Morrison voice. Some great lines again. Love the line about training your poems like circus bears. Fantastic.

Your mushrooms here, surely beat the ones I buy from my supermarket:) Now yours are definitely magic ones. You travelled well and so did I reading you Thomas. I enjoyed the humour in this poem and the imagination.

What a great metaphor. I hope that you didn\'t step on this one. Bugs have their place and their diversity is amazing.

We have to bear with TWO cats, but they are very friendly!

Such a fun read, but truthful too. You gave me some great imagery of your cat. They do own you and saunter off too. I love that last stanza. I live with a cat and a dog. A little cat that continually puts a larger dog firmly in her place.
