Dark thoughts in this poem of feeling unwanted. A sad poem with a desperate ending. Nicely written with high emotional effect

Untouchable, Unlovable
Tristan Robert Lange said:

Reading this, I felt the pull between desire and inability…the kind of tension that doesn’t shout but presses into the chest. You’ve captured that inner bind beautifully. A fave from me, my friend.🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

Love is more than just a word although society treats it as such. A lovely poem

Wow! That line “if fear is the heart of love, you are most terrifying” really struck me. Love as awe and tremor...captured perfectly, imho. Strong writing, Hayleigh. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🦇🐦‍⬛

This poem presents uncommon parings in metaphor that require a bit of thought. The serial presentation of sequential metaphors give them more sense and present love in a most uncommon manner. Nicely done

Missing Persons Report

Beautifully crafted, Hayleigh. The stillness is unnerving…each line folding in like a curtain over light. The decay isn’t shouted, it just settles heavy. Powerful piece. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛ A fave.

Another raw and unflinching poem, Hayleigh, which you know I love…you’ve poured it all straight onto the page without filter. The scars, the questions, the surrender...it all lands with a stark honesty that’s hard to ignore. Powerfully expressed, my friend. My type of poetry for sure! And amen to your note, as well. Very heartfelt! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

Now this is a master class Senryu, Hayleigh and I don\'t say that lightly. Haiku-like in structure (5-7-5) and, instead of a nature or seasonal focus (haiku), it’s centered on human behavior/emotion, irony, and wit...the humor of a fridge left open, the accusation, and then the shrugging “it’s only spilt milk.” Perfection, my dear friend. This is a fave from me just on nailing the senryu alone, let alone its meaning. Powerful stuff! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

Great job, Hayleigh! Boys seem to play \"men\" more oft\' than not. Is anyone, other than themselves, fooled? Not I says...well...I. 🤪 Again, great poem, Hayleigh. A fave! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

The last line seals it. One that relies on violence is not mature or in this case a man but remains a boy. Boys do not belong in serious relationships. Well written a fave

Glass
Tristan Robert Lange said:

Hayleigh, this one cuts sharp and clean—just like the glass in its title. I can feel your pain. The simplicity in your phrasing makes the hurt hit harder, especially that last couplet…it’s the kind of line that lingers. There’s a fragile beauty here, even in the breaking. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛ So very well done! A fave!

Hayleigh, this carries the weight of love and loss in every stanza. The voice feels spent yet unwavering…moving from longing to resignation with a painful grace. You’ve given the goodbye a haunting beauty, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
