Why yes, here\'s my picture \'White on White\'...………………… see it? Anyone could paint that! heehee.
Though I\'ve become more used to abstracts lately. Could never afford any though.
Now a \'Silent Poem\'. It goes on for 3,647 verses. No words in it though (You\'re pulling my leg, Orchi).

By the way a good write and hopefully it may open peoples minds to abstract art.

As you know Michael I have a very open mind when it comes to art. I wish to thank you for introducing me to an artist I had not known. I have just had a brief glimpse on the web about him and one of the things that it seemed to show that \"White on white\" is quite a change from the other works that I have seen where black seems to dominate.
The few works of his that I have seen are intriguing so I will have to look further into his works.
Thank you for the introduction.

If only the doubters could open their minds - but some minds are closed. A work of art has to depict a recognisable subject - but with this mindset a whole world is closed to you.

You paint such a beautiful canvas with melodic words that continually flow to express such a wonderful tale.

An excellent write, as usual, Michael. I loved it. :-)

THANKS UNCLE MIKE : An elegantly penned quartet of free verse sextets !
V 1. A mellow Place
V 2. A pensive Face
V 3. Betrayal of Grace
V 4. Completed Race

Love the Hockneyesque abstract ! As orientated it clearly depicts David Wallians executing his epic \"Thames Swim\" which echoes your Poem at an abstract level ! Yours as always BRIAN.
Please check our latest FUSION ~ Favorite Christmas Song / Carol ~ Which includes the Beryl Cook Nativity. Thanks A & B 🧡

Beautiful write Michael, some people do listen and understand.

Like the artwork very much. (Less is more?)

A fine write Michael. I admit I get lost in some more \'poetical\' sorts of poems, or if cryptically explained, as in some things going \'over my hand\'. No, not an aeroplane! lol.

Michael,

Love these entertaining shorties!
Those little “swimmers” are champions! They always find their way!

I love your painting! It reminds me of my town square where I’ve taken and still take many pleasant strolls when I’m there!

Hope you’re doing better!

All the best...

~Laura~

I\'m too old M.! I walked out of a draughty church half-way through today. I\'m a heretic! I made a sneaky exit during prayers - all hands together, eyes closed, so they didn\'t see me.
It was all oldies - that can\'t be helped though. Kiddies were in the church hall in their groups. But organ was half clapped out; various mutterings and mumblings; and I couldn\'t focus, not getting warm enough. Seems like \'The living dead\'. Rant over!
That\'ll teach me to go to the wrong service. The one I wanted is this evening, but too far to go in the evening.
