I\'m a lover of word associations and words where the meaning is stretched and pulled in different directions and we have them here by the bucket load - I am in awe - a top notch piece of work

MORNING TEA ~ Very English Jane ! We are all People Watchers ~ especially at AIRPORTS (sometimes I go to my local Airport ~ just to watch !). However this poem hints at a surreptitious tryst ? Are you watching a particular ONE or the whole plethora ? Thanks for sharing ~ Yours BRIAN

This is so very good
Jane.. I love a short
Poem that tells a story
With so few words.
I have done that self
Same thing on a few
Occasions, watched
Someone that has a
Story written on them
And it is just waiting
For someone to read
It.. I once watched
A man on a bicycle
With hundreds of
Plastic shopping bags
Stuffed into 4 large ones.
2 on each handlebar..
His clothes were torn,
His jacket was tied
together with string.
He\'d not shaven for
Years..he was basically
A tramp or a hobo as you
Americans call them.
I found my self looking
at him for a long time
And wondering what his
Life was like as a young boy
And how he\'d got to where
He was that day...
For no reason at all I
Started to cry....
The thing was he wasn\'t
That old..30s maybe..
When I got home all
I could do was hold my
Children... I\'ve never told
Anyone that story
Until now...
Beautiful poem Jane.
Thank you...

This is very pleasing poem shared here. The chill in the frigid night air
casts tremors of lingering shadows. An excrescence of wisdom has broken the weathered mold. Beautiful imagery fills mind with interesting sense. This mesmerizes mind really.

WOW JANE ~ Thanks for one of the most beautiful illustrated scenery poems I have read on MPS. I can see why JOSEPH SMITH chose UTAH ~ God\'s Own Country ! Surrounded by Arizona ~ Nevada ~ Idaho ~ Wyoming and Colorado ~ The perfect centre of five beautiful States. Because the USA is 40 times bigger than the UK everything is bigger ~ brighter ~ better and more beautiful in the USA ~ but we are older ! Would you be an ANGEL (you are one already !) and post a UTAH poem on my FUSION ~ MY FAVORITE AMERICAN STATE ~ Gracias ~ Besos y Abrazos ~ BRIAN (UK)

GRACIAS JANE ~ Por Las Nubes Saben ! Es una poema muy hermosa y en mi esperiencia tambien verdad ! There are many Spanish speakers on MPS as you will have already gathered ~ it is my second language ! Thanks for the translation. It is customary on MPS if one posts a poem ~ in a language other than English ~ to add a translation ~ OK. Thanks for the picture and audio ~ the Spoken Spanish is so so Angelic ! Abrazos ~ BRIAN

An astoudingly beautiful picture dear Jane and I am sure the poem in Spanish follows with wonderful phrasing - - the translation to English leaves a beautiful feeling of peace after sunset - so clever of you to post it in Spanish which as you comment is a most romantic language. Thank you dear Jane.
