just People, striving
to be the best we can be?
So one is better, today
and the other dominated yesterday
after all, its just self-indulgent pride
to try and destroy things for everyone
just cause, things aren\'t going your way...
we are more
than our battles/matches
we are: those few, gifted
to experience the entirety of life
winning, losing and getting back-up
to try again, or simply accepting
and wisely, choosing
to move-on, to a weight class
where we\'re more likely to compete, evenly..
that\'s not a defeatist mentality, that\'s surviving
and choosing to denounce foolish pride
to insure we don\'t waste time
in futile pursuit of something, nature fated
wasn\'t for us, to begin with..
choosing our battles: is a quintessential
aspect, of life!
