The Untrod Path.
ANGELA & BRIAN said:

Angela here - Good Morning Uncle Andy - Clinic @ 11pm (weekend accidents !) glad I caught this one ! Love the KOOL JAZZ - Lifts my Spirits for Casualty ! Love the POEM. Shades of FROST *The Road not taken*

I shall be telling this - with a sigh
Somewhere Ages and Ages hence
Two roads diverged in a wood and I -
I took the one less travelled by
And that has made - all the difference !

Esta la Vida - Andy our lives are defined
by the Choices we make & the Paths we take !
Especially the Path up to the Altar ~ AMEN !

Blessings to You & Yours

More rabbit than sainsbury\'s??? I used to have a famous photo of the mum in law... we reckoned it had been taken with a really fast shutter speed.... it was the only time i\'d seen her with her mouth shut.

Anyway, now that i\'ve had my dig at the fairer sex.... do you feel enriched by the content of your phone call?

A good fun read this morning.... its blowing a gale already here 07.30 and they reckon we are in for much stronger wind again in a couple of hours.

Good Evening Uncle ANDY ! A great truism *Laff and the World laffs with you ~ cry and you cry alone !* Loved the centered shape of this poem almost human (female) with a Mary Poppins Hat. We love the *Pianos in Public Places* syndrome ~ WICKED ! I (BRIAN) have several very competent Pianists (incuding my Dad) in my Extended Family ! They can play Classic - Spiritual - Pop & Jazz etc ! If not in a hurry ~ they often perform on a Public Joana !
We loved the video ! Pianist - Punk & Poppins ! It sure made us laff ! When we go to London (for whatever reason !) we like to go to Covent garden ~ for a cheap lunch ~ and to listen to the prfessional buskers ~ excellent. Having enjoyed a cheap lunch ( > ยฃ10 wth a drink) we always a have a bit of small change for the HAT ! Thanks again for sharing ~ AMEN

Blessings & Peace to You & Yours

Guilty Acrostic.
dusk arising said:

Sad that you wrote this piece about guilt. You have been so open about your feelings for your dearly departed and your relationship in the times when she was still shring your day to day, together.\\
Though it\'s a strange word to use in such a loving relationship, she had become what might be described as a burden to your suffering emotions as you witnessed her demise.
Now that burden is lifted from you and the love remains. You know that if we had the answers to the afterlifre, she would be wishing you every happiness in your remaining years on this planet.
You are a spiritual man, you are treading the path as you should, your way. Let guilt be there for those who have committed a crime for you sir surely have not.

BRIAN HERE ~ Stil enjoying the relaxation aforded by half-term. I will be at work (PM) to ensure all my labs are OK for nest week. We have an excellent Team of Technicians and I will take some Cream Donuts for tea-break and *Staff Meeting* ! *Thank You for the Music* ! Love the mellow cello and haunting horn ~ wicked !
I guess we all feel guilty enjoying ourselves in the things of *Time& Sense* so soon after a Beloved One has passed over into the Spiritual Dimension. However if we had always done our very best for them (as you did for Joyce) being HAPPY is what SHE would have wanted ~ so you should never feel GUILTY. Joyce is now *At Peace* and so should you be ~ AMEN ! Its not really guilt ~ its an apprehension of being so HAPPY ! You are an inspiration and an encouragement to us Young Ones ~ AMEN !

Blessings & Peace to You & Yours

I feel guilty sometimes, if \'whooping it up\' at a church service (informal ones, that is!). Yet it\'s right and good to be doing it at that time.
Sometimes, a bit hypocritically maybe, one might think suddenly \'What about people starving in the world? etc\'. But apart from thinking about them suddenly, one may hardly give them another thought. It may be just an excuse to make worshippers feel guilty for having a joyful time.

Its a perfectly natural feeling to have and these things take time, even when we don\'t think they do. Its called grief and there is a process to go through. We both know full well what she would say. She would want you to be HAPPY.

Well Goldie i\'m a bit taken aback to see you admit you are hung up on hitting things with a mallet my friend. In a world where you patiently stand by whilst another bashes his balls around I suppose it is bound to have a strange effect upon one.

Disappointed that you have second bested the opiate of music though.

All strictly tongue in cheek of course and all in the \'best possible taste\' as Kenny Everett would say.

Thanks Mon Oncle Andy ~ Love the Enchanting Video & Music. Angela & I enjoy Formal Dances (and Croquet). All that posing & pouting and covert glances ! Men dressed like Penguins & the Ladies Ravishing (no expence spared) dont they know we*re in austerity and out of the EU ? All that muttering behind Dance Cards (they still exist !) ~ we both quite like to dance with others it fosters Fellowship ! We wish we could regress 170 years to 1850 !

C ROQUET ~ Curious game of the Middle & Upper Class
R EQUIRES ~ Hoops & Mallets and of course BALLS !
O NE has to dress in tweed .to really look the part
Q UINTISENTIALLY Consevative ~ John Prescot didnt quite fit !
U NCOMPLICATED ~ suitable for Old Etonians ~ and good
E XERCISE ~ Walking between between the HOOPS !
T HE *Queen of Sports* played by KINGS !

In essence Angel & I love to play Croquet @ Charity Garden Parties but we always wear our DAVY CROCKET HATS and insist to our Hosts that he invented it ! You can take the Scoucer out of Liverpool but you cant take Liverpool out of the Scoucer. We often win the Doubles because we*re Young and still competitive. When we collect the TROPHY we explain (that like in Harry Potter) the Magic is all in the HAT ~ AMEN.

Blessings & Peace to YOU & YOURS

I came into people\'s lives, and ruined them. But how? I only said \'I\'m gonna sing\' and I did!
They all ran away. The story is in my book: \'How to influence friends - and lose them!\' heehee.
