Even though shop bought is excellent we all have a go @ at Pasta Making ~ it gets one more points on *Come dine with ME* ! Lassagna is easy but Taggiatelle is a BEAST ! Brian is a better cook than I am so I leave him too it most days !

You go into some Staff Kitchens and it looks like someone has been throwing stuff around the room. Public areas may be immaculate, but staff areas can be horrendous. I mean the washing-up areas - nobody does it until we run out of cups or plates!
