We had riased money for a NEW ELECTRIC Water Pump ~ which they saw installed ! We take so much for granted (such as potable water on tap) in the UK & USA !
None of us can be faithful 100% of the time but Peter really blew it big time. But JESUS forgave Him and he became one of the Pillars in the newly formed CHRISTIAN CHURCH ~ AMEN. In the First Century te CHRISTIANS everywhere really were *Fisher of Men* and the CHURCH grew and multiplied. The allegiaence to the Christian Church is slipping in the UK and only about 30% consider themsleves to be Christian. We seem to be heading for the END TIMES (See Book of Revelations !). We work in the Schools and the Community with the Gideons & YMCA & Salvation Army etc but many *DOORS* that were once open to the Gospel are now closing. We have to seize every opportunity in ans increasingly Pagan & Multifaith Society ! Prince Charles (if He ever becomes KING) wants to be *DEFENDER of the FAITHS* not just *THE FAITH* Christianity ~ Watch this Space !

As the Money lenders were scrabbling on the floor for their shekels he beat them out of the Temple with a scourge and all his anger uttered in gutteral German to heighten the Drama ! It wasn\'t JESUS Meek & Mild ~ more like Shriek & Wild !

I have a selection if BIBLES in European Languages (I even have one in Scouse !) because I know a lot of Scriptures in English reading a BIBLE in (say) Spanish helps me to learn the Language ! One of the first verses I learned in Spanish (over 20 years ago) was

I quoted it once in a Sermon and unbeknown to me there was a *Lady of Spain* in the Congregation and she told me afterwards that that verse IN SPANISH had turned he life around. Her English was poor but God spoke to her through that one verse ~ In her Moher Toungue AMEN !
