So true and well written LB, we use our words to put our feelings and thoughts onto the paper, sometimes they fall into rhythm and rhyme but that is just we feel as the ink goes onto the paper.

Well I applaud your format and structure! I have struggled formatting my words here!
I enjoy the digital era of words, and no doubt , would not be exposed to fine wordsmiths!
I do say, I still need to read more works of art! Kinda stuck on Detective Mysteries!

Awe my dear if I had the extensive divine vocabulary as yours,
then perhaps free Verse would spill from my tongue, but alas,
You are a divine writer! I usually have rhymes in my head, though
I have discovered new poetic forms for which I like try out,

Oohh, I must have me metres (usually) and me melodic whims.
They\'re only whims. I get arrested for false pretences of singing! They say it\'s two cats fighting, and disturbs the peace. lol.

Hmmm I\'d like to think there is a third way as I cannot claim to be nor wish to be \'modern\'. That is to simply get on with it - whatever it is, and for me here it\'s poetry. Whether mine is any good, conventional, rule breaking or absurd I leave for others as I am comfortable with \'the way I do it\' and do not seek comparison. But i do like to be read lol.
I\'m not sure whether i have lost the plot in your piece today. That Bukowski root was excellent and set the tone for my interpretation of yours.

what an absolutely divine intro you have placed at the top of the page sir .. and then, you capture a life gently and oh\' so perfectly, incorporating into the convoluted folds so many of its nuances that no matter who stumbles or falls upon these words by design ... they will each be able to relate ...
Stunning poetry L.B and without any doubt, truly..

ANGELA here - Thanks LBM for an intriguing poem of Ladies & Love ! For Millenia Ladies have used Cosmetics to enhance their Natural Beauty ! However for Brian to love me I have no need of Warpaint ~ He loves me *au naturelle* ! Over the last three years the TRUST based on our LOVE has grown to the extent that we could react the scenario vividly described in the final three stanzas ! I trust this reflects the TRUST Brian has in ME !
Blessings & Peace to You & Your
