Wow. I really enjoyed this one.
Your final words are so very true. To behold the wriggling spirit of newborn life does bring forth the finest hopes held deep within us as a species. This despite the facade behind which we tolerate the day to day abuses of our conscience whilst we quietly comply.

Strong thought provoking stuff from you.

I adore these lines, so poetically written

as its too rude to not greet

long lost childhood’s - whaling sermons,

veracity of beauty’s shockwaves - inspiring

unwalled mindsets to bypass: archaic hate

As ever your work is inspiring dear L.B another epic in my mind. Love the last lines of only we could have it. X

I’m impressed! I agree this is one of your best! Least it’s very relatable! I give this a million stars, by the way I found your ring! It was buried in my heart. As I knelt beside you at the grave

Wow, L.B, may I just say Kudos, I\'ve also got a small scar on the left side of my forehead, your imagery is like watching a scene and your poetic pen hits that spot with incredible beauty and with imagination. Thank you for your incredibly inspiring posts. 🤗

Agree wholeheartedly with Sax - I was captured entirely with the opening lines of this sensational saga of undying love your pen has conjoured a compelling linguistic winner for me L.B.- a certain favourite to read over again - -- and again.

I suppose we don’t have to judge the character of the poet to appreciate the work as good.

Saxon says it for me here too LBM. I was held, gripped all the stronger as i read further.
Love does not go away, we hide from it when we must, we lie for it and we die with it. Nothing compares.
You pushed all the buttons today. A favourite for sure.
