One nation guilty of those traits recruited two other nations of similar ambition but the rest of the world stood firm where they could to resist the onslaught. Since then the \'west\' has not been to war for greed or ambition but rather to defend or pacify.... though with questionable outcomes i\'ll grant you LOL.
