The Mad Freeway Minnie Van Lady

Oh dude! I love, love, LOVE this!!!! Just please do me a favor and never ride without a helmet. That said, have you an opinion of Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance? Into the Wind? At one point years ago most of my six younger brothers were licensed motorcycle riders or wannabes, now I think only a couple still ride. Maybe when I grow up I\'ll finally join you all.
Beautifully rendered with excellent imagery and striking poignancy, I love it. Thank you for sharing.

Whether riding, driving, watching the sea or whatever there is a Zen mood hypnotized and zoned out. Time has little meaning and so does what ever around us. A wonderful write.

A lifetime of pain coming from childhood, and you get the sense they are carrying there fathers pain as well. It`s more than ok to cry and say i am hurting, at that point you can start the long healing process. Wish you all the best.

Sometimes it seems like it does, albeit the ache and scar never do; we wouldn\'t be what we are if those did, though, you know? Beautifully rendered with heartwrenching poignancy and superb imagery. Thank you for sharing.

A very powerful piece of writing disclosing the trauma and stresses you have been through, and you can clearly feel the pain and anguish in the writing. I feel writing can help (it is not the be all and end all) but it can help, things can become a little clearer to try and understand if written in front of you. Thank you for your honesty in this piece of work, Wishing Best wishes

I have always found writing to be a therapy. I was most moved by the trauma
you and your family have been through. A most sad situation. I can offer no more other than to say, I hear you and you convey your pain so well. All good wishes.

The Void

Aww, I am rather at a loss for words, for now you remind me of losing my own inimitible father--I cannot bear it even yet, but he is no longer here. I never, never expected it to be so soon. Very beautifully rendered with charming poignancy and excellent details. Thank you so much for sharing.

Well, some of us LOVE burying ourselves in hoods, where other introverts dislike such accommodations, and since I\'m a girl, I cherish opaque tights, tall boots, and maxi skirts, but I\'ve nary \"demons\" it\'s just little me.
This is beautifully rendered with a haunting poignancy, the details sufficient to cull from each reader a response, if they dare. Lovely. Thank you for sharing. (By the way, I\'ve a literal ton of hooded sweaters, sweatshirts, etc. They\'re too perfect, aren\'t they?!)

Truth is not so Scary

I love your username or moniker, since it reminds me of when I first began publishing online what few else had ever seen, even in my private circle, my question being along the same line, wanting to know whether what I\'d been scribbling for years was actually classified as...poetry. I subscribed to a passel of journals touting themselves as hallmarks of the genre to familiarize myself with what the rest of academia defined as poetry, as opposed to all my textbooks. It was a learning experience and an eye-opener. Meeting other poets and poetesses is how I both ended up here, among other sites, and also with my username.
That aside finished, this is a lovely expose reflecting the inner turmoil of the writer. Excellently poignant with great details. Thank you for sharing. I like it.

A powerful message, dark and sad as a commentary on society. Nicely written
