The many children the reason for the empty bottle. Very well imaged I could not help but wonder if this was also a metaphor.

The sea of dreams

I like the metaphor that applies so well to many things in this poem, how the very mythical nature of the stories is like the mythical nature of remembered relationships, how the mythical heroes of past stories are the mythical memories of oneself in one\'s own story, Some good lines as well (wings of memories broken, and feathers of old hopes blown away) go well together. The footprints in sand is such a wonderful metaphor for a first love where it erodes away with the waves of time sometimes quickly and sometimes slowly awaiting the raising tide. Overall a splendid use of metaphor and a fave

This poem seems to be about exiles that die far from their place of birth. A lovely write about what is home and what leads us to leave it. I ask myself are we not all exiles? Loved the poem

A poem that I take of metaphor. We are all heroes in one way or another. Their addresses are hard to find. Welcom to MPS
