Thanks PHR for a glimpse and a scent of your CHILDHOOD. Living near the coast is always a blessing because you can see and scent the fish as it lands ~ sometimes still alive. As a child you have the opportunity to realise that milk does not grow in plastic bottles ~ eggs in elegant plastic boxes and fish in tins or plastic bags ! I love to visit the FISH HALL in HARRODS ~ LONDON ~ ENGLAND ~ all of God\'s fish are there fresh as the day they were caught ~ awesome. Thanks for the memory in a beautifully crafted poem as usual !
