GOOD MORNING FRIEND its 7:30pm (SAT) here ! Thanks UNCLE MIKE for making me SMILE through my tears : My BIG BEAR has flown and I am all alone again : naturally. Loved the POEM *The Carnival is over* and it really is for ME til October ! In retrospect the South Island Mystery Tour was too too MAGICAL and it ended too too soon. I*ll be back @ work on Monday and that will ease my PAIN : I need a top to toe MASSAGE !
Blessings & much JOY

Art - Looks to my eye like music flowing from an old 78.
Poetry - The old well still breathes. Neglected, but still hanging on to its nature. No water, just a \"foggy mist.\".

Love the abstracted imagery in both verse and artwork -Michael - \"fixity\" is a wonderful word to use as an intro. to emotion\'s descent.

Good write and pic M, both with depth. Erm, a well is deep too!
What\'s all them (Sylla) Berles doing lying around on your study floor?!
I don\'t tend to re-visit much of my stuff really. I just Ram Berle on sometimes.

There\'s a whole world hidden in such art,
Just as in the mind of a philosopher

You hold the key to both of them

The art is filled with so many possibilities; If I envision things moving left, it\'s a supersonic jet moving through a clouded sky, and if things move to the right I see a body floating just below the surface of the ocean, and now I,m afraid to turn the image. A moving piece.
I think we all are our own philosophers, choosing our own paths through life. Lines are for timid folk. Why are lines always drawn in sand? Can they not be drawn on concrete with chalk, or on highways to keep us timid folk in lanes. I prefer the lines you draw on canvas. Nuff said. - Phil A.

Very interesting art. Are those canal boats, in England?
Your jaunty little rhyme has stirred imaginations. What more could a poet want? Great fun. - Phil A.

Ha ha ha.
She who never learns turned her nose up at sauterns.
And though her memory is not quite gone, I blame the sauvignon.
Now the lady will not see me, I drown my sorrows in dry martini.
But it would be wrong for me to deride her, over a glass of vintage cider. etc etc

Good fun to start the day thank you.
