what little scope for hope

kinda crazy Andy, I think music via its combination of \'notes\' and \'words\' directly accesses aspects of our subconscious we can\'t pinpoint, same goes for those absurd chorus\' and \'sampled\' rhythms or beats, that get stuck in our head(s) for days, even though we can\'t recollect what song they belong to

Nice one Andy.
Have you had your jab yet? We chased it up (it appears we had been missed) and now have two appointments each for the first jab - one local and an earlier one some distance away. Now it\'s decision time.

Who knows why a song suddenly affects you more one time, but you observed it and put that thought in a poem which will get us all thinking of songs that affect us.

Andy, you are so right. It is amazing what impact music can have on our life, sometimes reaching the depth of our souls.

Lyrics from \"where does the time go\"
If i could have a pound for every moment i\'ve spent worrying
And other little things in life that frankly theres no hurrying
Then I would be a rich man and i wanna be a rich man soon
But going at this rate I think that i might just wait
Till theres life on the moon
(tell me) Where does the time go

I rekkon the UFOs we hear about are visitors from our future (where obviously they have invented time travel) and they are here to put right things which would have prevented their existence.... though why they missed this bloody pandemic does make me wonder.

A fantasy... yes indeed.... got a better one? (keep it clean)

\'That clock with in us
Is so different to time.
Every time we enjoy ourselves
Time just races by.\'
some truly thought provoking words Andy,
makes students of life, want to look-up the meaning behind \'no mind, no matter\'
all the way back to Kant and much, much further...

Maybe it\'s cos \'Doesn\'t time fly when you\'re enjoying yourselves?!\'
Did time pass very quickly in 1066?
You used up that extra second we had one year? You spent it all at once?!
