The Happiness Of Life.

A great metaphor that seems almost biblical in some way. It is also great advice that would benefit many. Gicely done Andy.

Lovely thoughts here Andy. I am a firm believer in growing our own happiness. Little things can make us happy. My garden does, my grandchildren do with their smiles. We have to nurture our own happiness. The sun doesnโt always want to shine, we have to coax it to. Have a happy Wednesday.

Sydney has Rookwood Cemetery, very large with chapels etc relating to the spaces allocated to different religions. So, the Catholic section has St Michael the Archangel Chapel, atop of which is/was/is a statue of St Michael. Told on a grand tour of the cemetery that St Michael had been struck and destroyed twice by lightening (highest point for miles around), I with my lack of tact suggested it was God taking the Mickey. Anyone woulda thought I\'d let off a big smelly in a crowded room.....
Very much enjoyed the write and video - my kinda humour......

Rarely happens these days, but i got a sudden rush of something like emotion, a nostalgia for those lovingly tended patchwork fields of England which I\'d hiked round the edges of, especially the hop fields of Kent.
Good write, Andy.

A powerful docu-poem here Andy, very well told indeed.
I like the way that you have compared the relentless blind faith in God, with the dangerous prolongment of poor representation, and in most cases, decided poor \"smoke and mirrors\" communication in politics. There must be a concentrated effort to revise certain things, in order to strengthen both common decency and sense.
Like you, because of a certain \"swagger\" I have, some members of the nearby Jehovah\'s Witnesses church, keep their distance, and for good reason. That also goes for any local candidates, who if elected, will most likely play their game of \"party politics\", in order to keep their place in line, and not reflect any opinions of their constituents.
Bravo again, and I hope that all is well!

The landscape beautiful at ground level. But isn\'t it interesting how we all are drawn to a higher elevation to view the same landscape? I always enjoy climbing to the top of Lawson Tower in my home town of Scituate, Massachusetts. I must post one of my poems about it with a photo. Great write Andy. Keep that quill wet. ๐๐

Fall\'s beauty in the temperate zones of the world. I grew up with this but now live in the subtropical zones and it is yearly green. A most beautiful metaphor of the patchwork quilt in all its colors.

Hills are challenging. We all have our own hills and mountains to climb in life. However, once you get to the top, the view looks so much better. A poem which will be relatable to many Andy. Have a good Monday. Lovely imagery in your words I might add.
