Look at them handbags..... \"are ya dancin\"... \"are y\'askin\" .... \"I\'m askin\"... \"i\'m dancin\"
Your version sounds far more relaxed and free than what we grew up with.

Thanks UNCLE ANDY ~ We love PP & M eclectic folk ! I agree about the defectors ~ there should be by-elections in all TEN Constituances !
Pesonally (BRIAN) I always vote ~ but I vote for the PERSON not the PARTY ! I feel sorry for Theresa ~ doing her best with a party that is sinking itself and the RATS are already leaving.
Blessings & Love to YOU & JOYCE

When a politically minded person allocates their loyalty to a political party it will partly be due to the way that party has been led historically. When they feel the current leadership has transgressed the ethical stance of their party then they have the right to rebel in whatever way this country LEGALLY allows. Which is what they have done. Those who don\'t like it should consider getting a law introduced... i think that may involve going through your MP.. aha ! catch 22.

we all need a decent rant every now and again... tis like releasing the valve on the pressure cooker... without doing that, ya gonna do yourself and the kitchen one hell of a mischief ... for anyone who is too young to remember what a pressure cooker is... go ask orchidee for the full definition... Hope you feel better now GF60.... I know I do... N

With you all the way Andy. The trouble is not one single party represents the majority of the public so who do I vote for? For the first time in my life if there was an election tomorrow I would probably abstain. And I can\'t believe I am even thinking this way.

There was a pic of the PM \'chatting\' to a dog (probably Fido) outside a fairly local church recently. I\'ve still not had coffee and chat with her there yet. She, a politician, will open her mouth, so.... you know the rest.

Magic to hear - and in the garden we have crocuses, hellebores, iris, pansies, skimmia, viburnum, cyclamen, and a bank of snowdrops all flowering away . In town there are daffs in bloom. Spring is truly on its way.

Smoke Filled Days.

The image of my trying the very first cigarette is forever imprinted on my mind, on the schools first outing to the most serene valley of Srinagar, Kashmir.
I also distinctly remember when I went cold turkey, while visiting Paris, France.
And now I cross the street as I smell a cig being lit a mile away.
Smoking - feeling cool, being accepted just some of the things

Thanks for sharing UNCLE ANDY ! I heard the 21st C line up of the Platters in Cyprus Gardens : Florida : A very distinctive & Heart warming sound : AMEN.
I have never smoked (due to non-Smoking Parents ?) and ANGELA being a cardio-vascular expert is much too savvy & Health Conscious to smoke or use Drugs ! We both only drink in moderation (Despite her being the RIOJA MERCHANTS Daughter !) and we are never (knowingly) over the limit ! For this reason both Angela & I welcome the increasing Worldwide ban on the use of tobacco in enclosed spaces : OK
Thanks for caring & sharing :
Blessings & love to You BOTH :
