You are a little darling. Full of courage. I think it was St. Augustine that said that everything brought to the light, becomes light. You are bringing your problems out. Shining light into it and recognizing it is a great way of dealing with it. A brave girl and excellent writer.

Now you can add another support group in the form of fellow writers. It may not take away the pain, but hopefully it may make the path just a tiny little bit easier.
