Wow this is amazing. The humble reader is taken on a journey of life that few can appreciate. Reminds me of the great T.S.Eliot. It is packed full of memorable lines.Sorry I had to read it twice to appreciate it.

We had a beautiful day, continuing with the traditions I learned from my parents and grandparents. Our home was central to the gathering of family. Nice to get the different generations together. Well aware this isn’t the case for everyone. Hope your day was super arqios. We had Christmas glow. Hope you did too. Lovely poem. Thanks.

Ah...the unnoticed poet...an observer...the world (in all its beauty and ugliness) the muse. Well done, my friend! I can absolutely relate to this! πŸŒΉπŸ‘

A lovely way off describing people observation, which can apply to many more than just poets, the artistic spectrum. Really enjoyed the read

A beautiful vision of a poet looking upon a world that is unaware of his presence. Very nicely written. Cryptic

This is how it used to be but unfortunately those who brought the families together at Christmas are no longer with us.

Indeed, some things remain the same other traditions have changed. But in my mind it is funny how it is sometimes hard to differentiate from what was and what is, unless I intentionally stop to reminisce . But those changes we often take for granted as if it was always that way, but it was not. Not sure if that makes sense, but your poem sparked that realization. Wonderful job my friend! Merry Christmas to you and yours!

Unfortunately the spirit of Christmas has changed, in the street It\'s lost a lot of its glow, literally.
What people do in their homes is private.

I absolutely felt like a child in a planetarium, or looking up at a starry sky with no lights to impede the view. What a wondeful poem that works both literally and metaphorically. Bravo! πŸŒΉπŸ‘

Great title! lol. Maybe call it \'Space Dance\' as life is sometimes called a \'dance\' or rhythm, and I go on about life\'s \'pages of history\', for example?

Excellent .. but best not mention those that got away .. it\'s the way it has always been and should be .. I am totally against any form of fish farming & also against those huge vessels that just mop up everything in their path so indiscriminately ... Tight lines squire until next time .. Neville
