I can ring @ 9am and be in and out of the MEDICS and home by 10am all for free NHS ! I support a group called MISSION AVIATION FELLOWSHIP which use CESNARS in Africa and other Countries to get people to hospital in 6 hours for a journey that would take SIX DAYS.
