Love the constrast of this write. Deep waters aren\'t so deep when through self-willed survival you rise from the sink. Thanks just what I needed to hear.

Life its self tends to throw a lifebuoy at certain times - when we are losing balance.
I like the way a lot of your cryptic writing demands several re-reads and a deal of thought.

A fine write and pic M. We could end up being doormats otherwise. I\'m too passive at times. Being \'nice\' is not always the best thing. Not that we turn \'nasty\' but grow a thicker skin - emotional skin, that is.
Got headache now, being all psychological this time of morning!lol.

Michael,

Your great sketch reminds me of my home in Italy!
The poem is intriguing!
ā€œTime-smoothed by waterā€™s flow.ā€
This line makes me think of getting older in a less stressful manner!

Seeing the murmurations of starlings is one of the wonders of the natural world, I have been privileged to see them in my life and they always take my breath away.

Ah yes those memories of what will be. BBC and Dr Who have a lot to answer for. E=\'MC5\', a bunch of musicians from Michigan. Not quite my cup of tea but this 1969 recording is a bit like a glance into what became the future of music:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvJGQ_piwI0
Not recommended listening.

Oh lol a fine write and pic Michael.
I was in charge of the electric chair for a time. They sacked me. I kept forgetting to switch the plug on! doh!
Or..... Someone said \'You sit in the chair then and I will test it\'. So I did. They switched the plug on and I went up in smoke!
