\"Looks left to right\" Oh Sh*t I\'ve gone and done it again! I can relate to this, haha. I hope you master the art of finding pills that match the color of the floor. It is not easy.

Andy,
Very relatable and so true!
When I organize my momā€™s pills ... 13 of them ... Iā€™m bound to lose at least one to that hungry floor!

Thanks ANDY ~ That\'s PILLS you\'re talking about not LAPTOPS ! Elderly friends of mine (70+ I do have some) have tablet organisers which helps ! I\'m still at the age where I am not on ANY MEDICATION ~ But I guess in a few years when I\'m 40+ ~ Married and a DAD ~ I\'ll need UPPERS & DOWNERS ~ just like Johnny Cash to help me through the day ! I love CHRISTIAN JAZZ ~ awesome ! I have attended a Funeral in Alabama USA with a Horse Drawn Hearse and the band walking in front playin\' Just a Closer Walk with THEE and The Old Rugged Cross ~ real slow ~I\'ve put in my WILL that that is what I want ~ and playin\' at my graveside ~ I don\'t want no cremation ~ AMEN Love the second one too ~ with Sister Bessie playin\' Just a Closer Walk ~ New Orleans is Paradise on Earth for JAZZ LOVERS ! Well you made me smile too Andy! At least they are tablets and not messy capsules full of liquid vitamins which I have chased and then stepped on - what a mess! A good trick is to get down on the floor and look eye level if you are up for all that exercise........ ha ha

Doh! A fine write Gold. Some folk have vitamin tablets too, and other potions. They will rattle if we shake them - shake the person, not the bottle of tablets! lol.
We don\'t need any \'keep young\' tablets. We\'ve both aged well for being millions of years old.

Thanks ANDY ~ Ravel ~ Harp & a Van Goff Painting ~ plus a philosophical Andy Poem ~ a Blessing indeed ! I love the HARP ~ a Divine Instrument and I have Welsh Friends who are harpists & Penillion Singers. Some of my extended Family are Harpists. We are all dealt a different hand in life and the ACES you mention ~ Love ~ Art ~ Music ~ Nature ~ Words all enable you to dictate |Trumps ! Angela & I both play Bridge and it is so much better if you have a Partner who understands You and Your Game ! A Game of Bridge ~ with its hands and bidding and counter bidding is a good analogy for LIFE ~ Thanks for sharing ~ Yours BRIAN

I love reading your poems! Their positivity is contagious! I believe the hand dealt to us is a unique one...just as each and everyone of us are! What we do with it, is up to us!

We each are dealt a hand from which we play. I am thankful for the \'tricks\' my hand has provided and admiring of those who appear to have been more favourably dealt. Always keeping in mind the words of Max Ehrmann \"If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter,
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself\".

A brilliant poem Goldfinch!

You have certainly captured the essence of life in your poem!

Life is indeed a lottery!

From my own experiences in life I am discovering that you need luck in life at times to succeed.

Keep writing

I see what you mean, and good write Gold. I\'m not one for \'luck\'. I suppose I say it though in everyday phrases, such as \'A stroke of luck\' or \'A bit of good fortune\'.

Andy,
A great clip! I enjoyed listening to the birds! Theyā€™re magical!
I let my mom listen to the whole hour of ā€œGarden birds, blackbird song. Sounds of Nature Blackbird 1 hour of Blackbirdā€™s Songā€! She enjoyed it...didnā€™t close her eyes once!
Interesting Fibonacci sequence! Great work!

Loved this and I\'m laughing Andy because I faithfully feed the birds BUT we have a roaming bear who circulates in the warmer months so at night I have to take the feeders inside or he destroys them (I\'ve never seen him - my neighbor has - he is 6 feet high standing according to him - so never want to see him either!).... In winter I faithfully trudge out there in covered nightwear to shovel around the feeder so they can get to the fallen seed - and throw down extra on the ground for the squirrels and chipmunks... but can\'t do that in summer because of the wild turkeys that flock and hog the area if I do......... baffles on the birdstand of course to keep squirrels out of the actual feeder....... a lot of fun figuring out all this wild life!
